1 Grove Stables is the ground floor of a 200 year old grade II listed stone stable conversion of The Grove, now a hotel next door.

Set in the popular tiny city of St Davids, it is finished to a high standard and is full of character with slate floors and different levels. The spacious lounge/diner has welcoming comfortable sofas to relax and the modern fitted kitchen is ideal for catering for family gatherings. A door from the double bedroom opens onto a paved enclosed patio.

St Davids Cathedral, galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs are within a short walk as is Caerfai beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. For the more energetic and watersports enthusiasts Whitesands' large, sandy beach is only a 5 minute drive away.

Main entrance road reached by slight concrete elevation (one inch step). Outside lighting possible (switch inside hall). Back door accessed across gravel parking area. Has one step up to door. Back patio area paved in concrete flags, accessed across gravel parking area or from back door (one step down). Kitchen accessed up 2 steps. Low level oven. Main bathroom accessed up 2 steps. Large shower cubicle to floor. Well-lit lounge and dining room. All one level. Floor slated, but smooth. Accessed from hall, slight step down (one inch). TV with remote control. Low level electric fire in lounge with low level controls. 2 bedrooms off entrance hall (no step). 2 bedrooms accessed by 2 steps. Guide dogs welcome. Public transport (local bus service) approximately 400m.
